Class 3 Driver Red Deer

Overview We are looking for a reliable and driven Class 3 Driver to join our team. In this role, you will assist with Gravel Truck Operating for mechanical demolitions, both clean demos and containing hazardous materials such as asbestos. In this role, you will also support abatement projects involving asbestos, mold, lead, and other hazardous materials as needed. Responsibilities will include: Robust understanding of the vehicle you operate to perform thorough inspections and ensure proper performance. Ability to remain stationary in the seat or operating area of the vehicle for prolonged periods Following all company and regulatory safety procedures, including appropriate PPE Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and project areas. Assisting with site preparation, cleanup, and compliant disposal of hazardous materials. Additional responsibilities may Heavy Equipment Operation if the application has relevant certification and work experience. Qualifications and Skills: Required Class 3 Licence with Airbrakes and Two Years Experience Driving Commercial Vehicles Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, standing for long periods, confined spaces). Solid attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Flexibility to work late shifts and occasional weekends when required. Valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a respirator fit test. Knowledge of OH&S; regulations and safety procedures.
