Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dairy Farm Worker to join our agricultural team. This role involves hands-on work to daily milk the cows and feed the calves. Duties Perform milking operations and ensure proper handling of dairy cattle Full time job would include feeding calves in the morning and milking the late afternoon shift. Part time would be only milking the late afternoon shift. Conduct general farm maintenance using hand tools and mechanical knowledge Monitor animal health and report any concerns to farm management Assist with feeding, cleaning, and herd management tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm setting Feeding, bedding and performing general calf related duties. Follow safety protocols during all farm operations, including heavy lifting and equipment use Experience Prior experience with dairy farm operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Physical strength for heavy lifting and extended periods of manual labor is required Previous experience working on a dairy or livestock farm is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key This position is vital to the productive operation of our dairy farm.
