Ideal Credentials Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and team members. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Basic Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive parts and services is beneficial but not required. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think on your feet and find solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
