Shop Foreman (Ponoka)

As a Shop Foreman, you will work directly with our technicians and our customers to make sure they are satisfied. As a foreman, you should be able to: - Train (new) employees and explain how to complete tasks. - Make work schedules and update workers about schedule changes, trainings and deadlines. - Supervise workers, offer assistance as needed. - Complete/create/review; work orders, invoices, employee records, time sheets, perform quality checks, etc. - Review projects and work orders. - Perform labor on machines. - Discuss work orders with customers and accept payments. - Maintain all of the shop equipment. - Schedule technicians. - Taking customer calls, - Organizing work with customers.
