Job Title: General Labourers Job Location: Red Deer, AB Our client is seeking General Labourers to support day-to-day operations across various worksites in Red Deer. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable performing physical tasks in a team-based workplace. What’s the Job? Assist with general site clean-up, material handling, and basic labour tasks Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as required Support skilled trades and site supervisors with daily activities Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday What’s Needed? Previous general labour or warehouse experience is an asset but not required Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work for extended periods Robust work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team Commitment to safety and attention to detail Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments What This Role Offers.
