As an independent contractor, you will be part of Long&McQuade’s Lesson Centres. Candidates should have a recognized music degree or diploma, Grade 8 RCM standing, or professional equivalency. Previous teaching experience and knowledge in standard methods for private or group lessons are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:• Conduct lessons in various instruments, including strings and drums • Design engaging lesson plans for diverse learners • Use standard teaching methods to enhance learning • Support students’ musical growth and development • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback

Requirements:• Music degree or diploma from a reputable institution • At least Grade 8 RCM standing or professional equivalency • Prior teaching experience with different age groups • Strong understanding of lesson curriculum • Knowledge of effective teaching methodologies
