In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Vice President, Development&Partnerships, while guiding essential partnerships that enhance applied research and corporate training. You will engage with stakeholders across academia and industry to develop tailored solutions that benefit communities and students alike. Your leadership will empower a dedicated team focused on fostering high-quality services and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:• Cultivate strategic partnerships for innovation and workforce growth • Oversee customized solutions including contract training and applied research • Engage with employers to identify industry needs • Ensure solutions meet high operational standards • Monitor project performance andreport on relevant metrics

Requirements:• Relevant education with preference for graduate credentials • Professional certification in fund development or related fields • Proven leadership experience in fund or business development • Strong track record of successful revenue generation • Collaborative experience with seniorexecutives and complex organizations
