Position Finance Graduate– Manchester
The role is part of a two-year structured Graduate Programme starting September 2026, combining formal training with practical on‑the‑job experience to support a career in finance.
Responsibilities
Contribute to monthly consolidation by preparing financial performance reports and presentations
Assist with month‑end tasks, including cost reviews, variance analysis and clear commentary
Collaborate with cross‑functional and project teams to deliver financial insights
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
Develop and enhance financial models and dashboards
Use digital tools to strengthen financial controls and improve processes
Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
Desire to build a career in FP&A and Controlling
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
Experience of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling) and an appetite to learn new digital tools
Self‑motivated, with proven organisational and time‑management abilities and the drive to meet deadlines
Team focused, with the ability to interact with a wide variety of people at all levels; proactive, curious, and willing to take initiative and continuously improve
