Driver / Laborer (Red Deer)

Waste Be Gone is a growing dumpster rental and junk removal company serving Red Deer and Central Alberta. We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Driver/Laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines truck driving, dumpster deliveries, junk removal, house clean-outs, and general labor. No two days are the same. Responsibilities ● Deliver and pick up dumpsters safely and professionally. ● Operate commercial trucks and trailers. ● Perform junk removal and property clean-outs. ● Load and unload materials, furniture, appliances, and construction debris. ● Complete daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks. ● Interact professionally with customers on job sites. ● Maintain a clean and safe work environment. ● Assist with other duties as required. Requirements ● Valid Class 5 license ( Air brakes is considered an asset). ● Clean driver's abstract. ● Comfortable driving trucks, trailers, and backing into tight locations. ● Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day. ● Strong work ethic and positive attitude. ● Dependable, punctual, and customer focused. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Assets (Not Required) ● Air Brake (Q) endorsement. ● Experience operating hooklift trucks, dump trailers, skid steers, or other equipment. ● Previous experience in waste management, construction, moving, landscaping, or junk removal.
