Graphic Designer / Engraving Apprentice Red Deer

Position: Graphic Designer / Engraving Apprentice/Some Sales requirements We are seeking a Graphic Designer with experience in CorelDRAW or similar design software to join our team and operate our engraving equipment. As an Engraving Apprentice, you will receive hands-on training in: Laser engraving machines Diamond drag engravers Sublimation techniques Production and finishing touches And more In addition to production work, this position includes some sales counter duties, so robust customer service skills are essential. You’ll be assisting clients, helping them with orders, and ensuring each project meets our high standards for quality and accuracy. Requirements: Proficiency in CorelDRAW or similar graphic design software Excellent customer service and communication skills Skilled appearance and demeanor Strong attention to detail, including valuable spelling and grammar Good memory retention Reliable work ethic, able to work alone and positive attitude Must be able to work in person at our location — out-of-county applicants will not be considered If you’re a creative, detail-oriented individual who enjoys hands-on work and working with customers, we’d love to meet you!
