Description
Position Customer Experience Associate – Work Location: Red Deer, Alberta, Canada – Hours: 15 – Pay: $22.00 - $27.21 CAD. Overview At TD Canada Trust, we serve as the frontline of TD Bank, building long‑lasting relationships with customers through a broad range of service transactions and providing information and advice on products and solutions. Our goal is to provide a positive customer experience and promote suitable banking solutions. Responsibilities - Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standard operating procedures, industry regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. - Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters. - Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. - Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner. - Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes. - Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development. - Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on the status of routine activities. - Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist to improve and achieve operational excellence. Requirements - High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. - Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. - Strong administration, organizational, planning and time‑management skills to work in a fast‑paced workplace. - Hands‑on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet. - A go‑getter who exercises initiative and is accurate and detail oriented while handling multiple tasks and changing priorities. - A dynamic communicator with established customer‑experience skills who can communicate calmly, courteously and effectively, both verbally and in writing. - Ability to connect with different people and act in a culturally inclusive manner.
