We're seeking a committed individual for a full-time Software Tester role at Visual‑Eyes, specializing in practice management software for the eye care sector. You'll adhere to Agile methodologies, performing functional testing on user stories, documenting changes, and maintaining regression tests. Your technical skills will be vital in supporting our clients and internal teamswhile collaborating with developers and Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities:• Strictly adhere to Agile testing methodologies • Functionally test user stories passing through development • Communicate defects with customer service and training teams • Document changes and updates completed in each release • Maintain customer relations and support alpha clinics

Requirements:• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills • Verbal and written communication proficiency • Phone support experience preferred
