General Farm Labourer (Red Deer County)

Farm Labourer We are looking for a seasonal farm labourer to help with planting, weeding, watering, harvesting, and general field work on a fruit, vegetable, and flower farm. This is an outdoor, hands-on job suited for someone reliable, practical, and willing to work. Most of the job will involve pulling weeds, planting, maintaining rows, and helping keep the farm clean, organized, and productive. Duties include: - Pulling weeds by hand and using basic garden tools - Planting vegetables, flowers, and fruit crops - Watering plants and helping with irrigation - Harvesting vegetables, flowers, and berries when needed - Moving trays, plants, tools, soil, and farm supplies - Cleaning up rows, walkways, and work areas - Helping with general farm tasks as needed We’re looking for someone who is: - Reliable and able to show up when scheduled - Comfortable working outdoors - Able to bend, kneel, lift, and do repetitive physical work - Willing to follow instructions and work efficiently - Careful around plants, rows, tools, and irrigation lines - Positive, practical, and not afraid of dirt Job details: - Seasonal position - Part-time or full-time hours available - Outdoor farm work - Experience is helpful but not required - Located in Red Deer County area This is a physical outdoor job.
