Role Description This is a full time, role for a Personal Lines Advisor servicing Pelly, SK and neighbouring branches. The Personal Lines Advisor will focus on assisting clients with selecting and maintaining appropriate insurance policies by providing knowledgeable and personalized service. The responsibilities include evaluating clients’ insurance needs, providing quotes, processing new policies, renewals, and amendments, and educating clients about available coverage options. The Advisor will work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves building and maintaining robust client relationships within the community. Qualifications Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with personal insurance products, policy management, and industry practices. Customer Service Skills: Robust communication, relationship-building, and attention to client needs. Administrative Skills: Proficiency in managing paperwork, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records. Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of insurance regulatory requirements in Western Canada and the Yukon. Additional Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
