Customer Service Willowbrook

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our busy dry cleaning and alterations shop located in Willowbrook Mall. This role is front-facing and customer-focused, helping customers with clothing drop-offs, pickups, alterations orders, and general inquiries while keeping the front counter organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner Receive and tag clothing for alterations and dry cleaning Process customer orders and payments using POS system Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries Coordinate with tailoring staff regarding customer requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter area Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time Requirements: Solid customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Basic computer and POS experience preferred Detail-oriented and organized Able to work evenings and weekends as needed Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset Experience in dry cleaning, alterations, or fashion industry is a bonus, but not required What We Offer: Friendly and supportive work environment Stable long-term chance Employee discounts on services Training provided Competitive hourly pay based on experience If you enjoy working with people and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
