Head Gardener, Regina

Brandt is seeking for an experienced and motivated Head Gardener to oversee daily landscape maintenance and lead a seasonal gardening team. This seasonal full-time role combines hands‑on horticultural work with leadership, planning, and quality control to ensure all outdoor spaces are healthy, attractive, and well‑maintained. This position is responsible for all aspects of landscape and grounds maintenance of a private residence.

Duties&Responsibilities

Lead, train, and supervise gardening staff and seasonal workers

Plan and execute planting, pruning, fertilizing, and general landscape maintenance

Monitor plant health and diagnose pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies

Schedule and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow

Maintain lawns, garden beds, trees, and shrubs to high aesthetic standards

Safely operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment

Coordinate irrigation schedules and water management

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and sustainability practices

Communicate progress, needs, and issues to management

Assist with landscape design improvements and seasonal planning as needed
