The role involves assisting licensed electricians in performing electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks. Daily responsibilities include measuring, cutting, and installing wiring systems, maintaining and repairing electrical components, following safety protocols, and ensuring adherence to electrical codes. The Apprentice Electrician will work closely with a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Qualifications Knowledge of electricity and basic electrical work, including wiring and circuits. Skills in electrical maintenance and repair, with an understanding of tools and equipment used in the trade. Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, identify problems, and recommend effective solutions. Familiarity with electrical engineering concepts is a strong asset. Willingness to learn, robust attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety standards. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting. Enrolled in or eligible for an apprenticeship program in electrical work is preferred.
