Immediate part-time opening for a maintenance caretaker to manage building and grounds. Focus will be on snow removal, lawn care, and ensuring adherence to garbage and recycling protocols.

In this role, you will work up to 14 hours per week, with flexibility for weekends and after-hours snow removal tasks. The candidate must be able to operate maintenance machinery like ride-on tractors and lawnmowers while performing small repairs. A valid driver's license, a vehicle, and eligibility to work in Canada are mandatory.
