SaskPower is hiring a Consultant focused on First Nations Relations to enhance engagement and consultation for nuclear initiatives. Utilize your expertise in policy development and strategic planning. In this role, you will collaborate closely with First Nations and Métis communities, ensuring alignment and cultural sensitivity in developing engagement strategies. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and five years of experience, providing strategic leadership and consultation across various departments to drive improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Offer strategic advice on operational management - Participate in strategic planning and workshops - Develop presentations and briefings for internal and external audiences - Facilitate change initiatives within the organization - Maintain strategic networks across departments Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or relevant field - Five years of experience in policy development with Indigenous groups - IAP2 training is a plus - Exceptional communication and project management skills - Ability to adapt in a dynamic setting Lead the way in fostering Indigenous relations through effective consultation strategies at SaskPower.
