Technical troubleshooting will also be part of your daily responsibilities, making sure all systems operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform timely setup and breakdown of AV equipment • Engage with customers to ensure their event needs are met • Provide on-site technical support throughout events • Implement safety protocols and equipment handling • Maintain accurate records and coordinate invoicing with clients

Requirements:• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality • 1 year audiovisual experience preferred • Valid driver’s license for company vehicle operation • Capability to lift 50 lbs
