Inbound Call Centre Representative Location: Regina, SK
Directors' Choice is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Call Centre Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. In this vital role, you will handle calls for a large number of Funeral Home accounts with high levels of empathy and compassion. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities
Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls, greeting callers with a polite and pleasant demeanor.
Accurately gather and relay essential information, ensuring all message details are thorough and precise.
Verify and meticulously enter information into our system, providing clients with confidence that their issues will be effectively communicated.
Qualifications
A welcoming voice and an upbeat, professional tone.
Strong command of the English language, including excellent spelling and grammar.
Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment.
Ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
Excellent attendance record.
Availability to work one weekend day.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age.
No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training in a positive, team-focused environment designed for your success.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $17.00/hr

Shifts
Full-Time - 40 hours, 8-hr shifts
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 10am-7pm (Tuesday and Sunday Off)
Tuesday-Saturday, 12pm-9pm (Sunday and Monday Off)
You must be available to work evenings, a weekend shift, and holidays.
Training begins on June 8th for three weeks, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
