Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our project sites, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining a safe working workplace. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to team success in a dynamic setting.Duties

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment as directed Support the preparation and cleanup of work areas to ensure safety and organization Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials Operate basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocolsFollow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently Maintain cleanliness of work sites and ensure compliance with safety standards Support other team members in various operational activities as needed Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not requiredReliable transportation to job sites is preferred Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Pay: $15.95-$27.77 per hour Benefits
