Were looking for an organized, outgoing, and customer-focused Body Shop Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our collision centre. If you love helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit for you. What Youll Do Youll play a key role in creating a positive, stress-free experience for our customers by: Greeting body shop customers warmly, in person and over the phone Managing customer drop-offs and pick-ups with accuracy and care Scheduling body shop and detail appointments Keeping digital and paper files organized and up to date (and finding better ways to do it!) Providing customers with regular repair updates and coordinating vehicle pick-ups Assisting with customer concerns and helping resolve issues professionally Processing customer payments Supporting Collision Repair Advisors with daily tasks Pitching in with other administrative tasks as needed What Were Looking For You might be a great fit if you have: 13 years of customer service or office experience (automotive or collision centre experience is a bonus, not a must) A natural ability to build trust and connect with people A self-starter mindset you stay calm and organized in a busy environment Robust attention to detail with excellent time management skills Problem-solving skills and a desire to improve processes The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why Youll Love Working Here We believe great work deserves great support.
