Warehouse/Counter Assoicate (Estevan), Southeastern Saskatchewan (Carlyle)

Responsibilities

As the Warehouse/Counter Associate based in Estevan, SK, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries, sourcing additional products, and receiving&processing orders via the counter. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will offer product knowledge, confirm stock availability, and maintain the showroom and counter shelves. Warehouse Support: pick, ship, and receive orders while replenishing stock levels. Sales Support: directly service customers via counter sales, confirm stock availability, and process orders and inquiries.Consistently achieve a high level of customer service. Brand Ambassador: build brand recognition, support sales initiatives, and enhance customer experiences; consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected. Qualifications

1-2 years of prior counter sales/warehouse experience. Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships. Strong electrical product knowledge. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.Experience working in electrical or similar industry. Benefits
