Muscowpetung Education Center is looking for a Literacy Development Librarian. Your primary role will be to manage the library and implement reading programs that inspire students. Additionally, you will assist in identifying students needing intervention support and work collaboratively with teaching staff to enhance literacy across all content areas.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations of the school library • Create and implement engaging reading programs • Assist students and educators in utilizing library resources • Include Saulteaux Language and Culture in library services • Provide direct reading intervention and assess progress

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university • 3-5 years of relevant experience in education or library services • Strong skills in literacy assessment and intervention • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff • Committed to promoting a love for reading
