The role is central to our 24/7 emergency response service for water, fire, and storm damage. Role Expectations & Capabilities The Emergency Restoration Technician must operate as a capable leader in mitigation, adhering strictly to industry and company standards. Core Responsibilities - Mitigation leadership: Lead and oversee small crews during initial emergency response and follow‑up mitigation tasks. - Technical expertise: Apply moisture mapping, psychrometry, and professional drying standards. - Execution: Perform emergency services and initial reconstruction safely and efficiently, ensuring all work and site standards are followed exactly. - Documentation: Provide accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and support crew‑level accountability for job progress. - Work schedule: Participate in overtime when necessary and a mandatory on‑call rotation. Qualifications & Requirements - Proven experience in property damage restoration; IICRC certifications highly valued. - Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation. - Must be bondable. - Physically capable of performing demanding field work.
