We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our maintenance team and support a variety of technical challenges, gain hands‑on experience troubleshooting and improving electrical and instrumentation equipment, and collaborate with a skilled team to drive maintenance excellence through innovative solutions and cross‑functional collaboration. Support maintenance engineering activities of varying complexity, including troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation equipment, developing Construction Work Packages (CWPs), and specifying and designing small‑scale electrical modifications and installations. Provide day‑to‑day technical support to tradespeople and planners by helping resolve electrical or instrumentation equipment issues, addressing obsolescence concerns, and assisting with field and shop repairs. Completing analysis to develop and recommend technically sound and cost‑effective solutions for electrical or instrumentation equipment issues, considering safety, reliability, and operational impacts. Higher impact decisions will be supported by the guidance of more senior technical staff. Contribute to maintaining maintenance engineering backlogs and tracking performance metrics, supporting timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime and maintain equipment integrity. Collaborate with Trades, Operations, Reliability, and other departments to support equipment performance and identify opportunities for electrical and instrumentation system improvements. You will work closely with several engineers and technicians in the areas of Reliability, Rotating Equipment, Maintenance, and Equipment Integrity on a team that prioritizes operational safety and plant reliability.
