SHIFT SCHEDULE: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM Responsibilities Focus on customer service external and internal Dispatch coverage and back up as required Delivery appointment scheduling, communicating to team members Maintain OPS log (Microsoft Database) Process P&D; documentation Assist with billing and rescale entries General administrative duties including answering phones, assisting customers, filing, etc. Qualifications Ability to function well under pressure Must have high quality interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
