What You’ll Do As a Management Trainee, you’ll rotate through various departments and take on core responsibilities including:
Supporting field operations and project execution
Assisting in cost estimation, scheduling, and proposal development
Participating in safety meetings, inspections, and audits
Developing quality control and turnover packages
Collaborating with teams across construction, engineering, and business services
Engaging in planning, benchmarking, and process improvements
Who We’re Looking For
Motivated self‑stators with a strong work ethic and passion for field construction
New or recent graduates with a diploma/degree in:
Construction Technology
Mechanical or Civil Engineering
Business Administration
Surveying/Geomatics
Project Management or related fields
Journeypersons or certified tradespeople with technical expertise and leadership potential are also encouraged to apply
Previous construction experience is a strong asset
