This is a full-time remote role for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will oversee daily administrative and front-desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, managing correspondence, and providing excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining office records, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues.

• Solid Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties expertise
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as scheduling, organizing records, and managing correspondence
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for dealing with clients and team members
• Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with office software and tools is an advantage
