Position Summary: We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant who will be primarily responsible for assisting senior management within the company with day to day activities such as clerical and organizational tasks. Job Duties: - Schedule appointments and maintain correspondence logs in spreadsheets - Create and update daily administrative logs - Perform administrative support duties including (but not limited to) faxing, photocopying, mailing and filing To succeed, candidates must have the following combination of experience and skills: - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Robust communication skills in English and working proficiency in Cantonese Training will be provided.
