Wellcation is now looking for warm, reliable, and creative individuals who are passionate about hands‑on art, workshop experiences, and meaningful human connection to join our

Creative Experience Host Talent Pool .

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creative activities, interacting with people, and creating memorable workshop experiences for participants. As a Creative Experience Host, you will guide participants through Wellcation’s art and craft workshops, helping them enjoy the creative process in a calm, friendly, and organized environment.

This is not just a typical“instructor” role. You will be part of creating the full Wellcation workshop experience: a creative pause from busy everyday life — warm, beginner-friendly, aesthetic, and meaningful.

What you’ll do

Lead or support creative workshops following Wellcation’s workshop flow, brand standards, and customer experience guidelines. Training will be provided.

Guide participants step by step throughout the workshop.

Create a warm, calm, and welcoming workshop environment.

Prepare, organize, and clean workshop materials.

Answer participants’ questions during the workshop.

Maintain clear communication with the Wellcation team.

Who we’re looking for

Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Able to clearly explain workshop steps in Cantonese.

Friendly, patient, reliable, and comfortable interacting with people.

Confident in speaking to small groups and guiding participants through a workshop experience.

Interest or experience in art, crafts, handmade products, events, education, or customer service.

Able to follow instructions while bringing creativity and flexibility to the role.

Detail-oriented with good time management skills.

First training session is tentatively scheduled for one Saturday in June. The confirmed date will be announced separately.

Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays, and must be available from

September 5 to 7, 2026 .

What We’d Love to See

Experience teaching, facilitating, hosting, or supporting art and craft workshops.

Experience working in a startup environment.

Background or experience in art, design, crafts, social services, education, events, or customer service.

Bilingual communication skills in English and Cantonese are preferred.

A strong sense of ownership and passion for the role.

How we work together

Working hours will depend on Wellcation’s workshop schedule.

Successful applicants will first join Wellcation’s talent pool. Once workshop dates are confirmed, available work shifts will be shared for sign-up.
