Day Concierge– with Driving Licence, Richmond Hill

Job Overview We are looking for a top‑notch, polished, professional and experienced Day Concierge to work at this prestigious high‑end residential development in Richmond.

Key Responsibilities

Help professionally maintain the Development, providing a safe, secure and well‑maintained environment.

Provide the highest standards of customer service to residents, contractors and visitors at all times.

Handle concierge services, including holding keys, taking deliveries, carrying parcels and shopping, greeting, screening and escorting visitors, and making reservations for restaurants, theatre, etc.

Occasionally cover the Estate Chauffeur position.

Qualifications

Full UK Driving Licence.

Minimum of 5 years driving history.

Over the age of 30.

Initiative and ability to multi‑task.

Practical and able to report maintenance issues and liaise clearly with contractors and the Development Manager to ensure issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Excellent personal presentation and polite, courteous demeanor.
