Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food orders and transactions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions. Handle cash and credit card payments, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Prepare food items as needed, following proper food handling and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in food preparation and ensure all items are stocked and ready for service. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, particularly in food service. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed within the kitchen or dining area.
