Groundskeeper/handyman Richmond Hill

We are currently seeking a full time Groundskeeper/Handyman to join our team. The duties of Groundskeeper include, but are not limited to the following; Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Pick up litter/debris in front of hotel, conference centre, 9005 Leslie Street, Parkway Health & Racquet Club, and parking areas. Empty trash containers Replace garbage bags and dispose to on site compactors or bins as appropriate Perform general handyman duties in rental units such as changing lightbulbs, resetting fuses, general clean up prior to recent rental tenants Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the CRI Project Manager Physical demands: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, Bending, Walking & Squatting, driving company pick up truck (Work gloves and raingear provided) QUALIFICATIONS *Must provide own CSA approved safety boots *Must have a valid driver’s license and provide updated Driver’s Abstract *Must have a neat and tidy appearance at all times *Must have excellent communication skills *Must have the ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially *Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision *Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday, 4 - 6 hours per shift/day. *Previous experience an asset, but will train right person with right attitude Pay: $22.50 per hour Advantages: Discounted or free food In office gym On-site parking Ability to commute/relocate: Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1B2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): Are you CURRENTLY legally authorized to work full time hours in Canada?
