Senior Manager Supply Chain Management (Richmond Hill)

We have an immediate opening for a SENIOR MANAGER, SUPPLY CHAIN for a successful and growing omnichannel distributor in Richmond Hill. The company has an established brand and a long history of success, and their Canadian operation is growing quickly. We need a strong, hands-on supply chain professional who wants to advance in future.

We require experience in S&OP and proven ability to manage change within a CPG (or similar) setting. SAP experience is an absolute must. We are looking for an experienced coach and mentor who can develop leadership skills amongst your direct reports. This role oversees a broad range of supply chain planning responsibilities including inventory optimization, demand planning and replenishment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in inventory planning and forecasting, specifically in omnichannel distribution (B2B, B2C) environment.
• Experience leading a team of 4 or more planners / analysts.
• Post-Secondary Education is required. SCMP or CPIM an asset.
• Advanced analytical skills, including Excel and SAP.
• SAP is an absolute must for this role.
• Must have excellent communication skills, able to manage vendor relationships and customer requirements.

SALARY RANGE:$115,000 – $125,000 plus bonus and benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
