Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to landscape maintenance and installation. This role requires physical stamina, a passion for the outdoors, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Duties - Dig, plant, and maintain gardens and landscapes according to design specifications. - Build and install landscape features such as patios, retaining walls, and pathways. - Irrigate plants and lawns using appropriate techniques and equipment. - Maintain landscapes by mowing, trimming, weeding, and applying mulch or fertilizers as needed. - Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. - Assist in the installation of irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution. - Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Skills - Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools. - Proficient in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and saws. - Experience with power tools including lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers is preferred. - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. - Excellent physical stamina with the capability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor for extended periods. - Strong attention to detail in executing landscape designs and maintaining high-quality standards.
