Position Overview

ARS Responds Canada is looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to help elevate and evolve our national brand presence across digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, and internal communications. Reporting to the Director, Communications & Brand Strategy, this role will transform ideas into high-impact visual storytelling that supports business development, employee engagement, recruitment, customer confidence, and brand growth in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-impact visual assets across digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, and internal communications
• Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, and strategic communication materials
• Support RFQ/RFP submissions through strong visual layout, structure, and storytelling
• Develop campaign creative for social media, website, recruitment, email, and ARS internal communications platform
• Design infographics, diagrams, templates, signage, and branded marketing collateral
• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all ARS touchpoints
• Collaborate with Communications, Business Development, HR, Operations, and Leadership teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• 7–10+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
• Brand design
• Presentation design
• Digital campaigns
• Print and layout design
• Executive-level visual storytelling
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Experience with WordPress, Canva, Figma, video editing, or motion graphics considered an asset
