Our client is a large public sector organization seeking a Procurement Specialist with experience managing Procurement of Corporate Services following BPS directives.

The Procurement Specialist – Corporate Services supports sourcing and procurement across diverse categories including IT, Real Estate, HR, and other corporate services within a public sector environment, ensuring compliance with BPS and broader procurement directives. The role assists in developing category strategies, manages competitive bid processes such as RFPs and RFQs, and supports contract negotiation and administration. Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, the Specialist helps drive cost-effective, compliant, and high-quality service delivery across multiple categories.

A minimum of 5+ years of procurement experience within the public sector, with demonstrated application of BPS directives and public procurement policies. Proven experience sourcing across corporate services categories, including IT, Real Estate, HR, and other corporate functions. Strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, with hands-on experience managing competitive bid processes and supporting contract negotiation and administration. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build trusted relationships in a highly regulated environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a complex, deadline-driven public sector setting.
