Provide top-notch concierge services at a luxury residential development in Richmond as a Day Concierge, focused on excellence and professionalism in every interaction.

We are looking for a polished Day Concierge with a minimum of five years’ driving experience. Your role will include ensuring safety, providing superior customer service, managing deliveries, and facilitating visitor access. Bringing initiative, you’ll also report maintenance issues and occasionally fulfill the Estate Chauffeur duties, ensuring the property is impeccably maintained.

Key Responsibilities:• Maintain the development’s safety and security standards • Offer exceptional service to residents and visitors • Handle concierge responsibilities, including keys and deliveries • Greet, screen, and escort guests as required • Occasionally assume the Estate Chauffeur’s role

Requirements:• Must possess a Full UK Driving Licence • Minimum of five years driving experience required • Over the age of 30 • Ability to multitask and take initiative • Courteous demeanor with excellent presentation
