Inside Sales Representative (Richmond Hill)

We are looking to hire a Closer/Inside Sales Representative with experience in B2B sales of Digital Marketing services such as SMM, SEM, SEO, Local SEO and Web Development. New hire will be working mainly to process the incoming leads, with some portion of the self initiated sales that will require direct approach to the specific industries. Responsibilities: - Provide customer with Internet Marketing Solutions; - Close incoming leads for a complete Marketing solution or single service; - Close self initiated leads - cold B2B calling , as required to build a pipeline; - Provide first level account management support; - Upgrade previously closed sales; - Provide first level customer retention; - Coordinate sales efforts with customer service and technical teams; Qualifications - Proven sales experience with a focus on B2B sales and inside sales; - Proven Digital Marketing experience minimum 3 years; - Strong proficiency in English and excellent customer service skills; - Effective communication and negotiation abilities; - Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques; - Experience using common CRM system; - Ability to communicate with potential customers via Google Meet; - Knowledge of business development practices; Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Benefits: - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - In office parking Experience: - Cold Calling: 2 years (required) - B2B sales: 2 years (required) - Digital marketing: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2026-05-04 Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pj7j8
