PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Greenstone Financial Services Canada is seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Project Manager to support a major HR and payroll systems implementation. This fixed-term contract role, with an anticipated duration of 6 months and the possibility of extension, will play a critical role in Greenstone's transition from ADP Workforce Now to Dayforce, specifically supporting the implementation of the Payroll and HR modules, including Time Off and Absence Management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the client-side implementation activities, ensuring timelines, deliverables, testing milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder activities are effectively tracked and progressing according to project expectations. This role will act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and the Dayforce implementation team to support a successful and well-coordinated implementation.

HRIS Implementation Project Management
- Coordinate and manage Greenstone's internal implementation activities related to the transition from ADP Workforce Now to Dayforce.
- Serve as the primary client-side point of coordination between HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and the Dayforce implementation team.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, action items, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate implementation meetings, governance activities, project updates, stakeholder communications, and follow-up actions.
- Track project progress and escalate risks, delays, blockers, or resource constraints as required.
- Ensure implementation activities remain aligned to project timelines, deliverables, and overall business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder activities to support successful implementation and operational readiness.
Payroll & HR Module Coordination
- Coordinate implementation activities related to the Dayforce Payroll and HR modules, including Time Off and Absence Management.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and the Dayforce implementation team to ensure module deliverables, testing activities, timelines, and dependencies are progressing according to project expectations.
- Coordinate client-side activities related to implementation readiness, testing cycles, issue tracking, cutover readiness, and go-live preparation.
- Support planning and coordination for payroll testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation readiness, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Monitor implementation issues, dependencies, and outstanding items, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, status updates, implementation trackers, and related reporting activities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Dayforce Module Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting or implementing Dayforce Payroll and HR modules, including Time Off and Absence Management, is required
- ADP Workforce Now Experience: Experience working with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required
- HRIS Implementation Experience: Prior experience managing or coordinating HRIS, HCM, Payroll, or workforce management system implementations
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving timelines, dependencies, stakeholder coordination, risk tracking, status reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
- Stakeholder Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate effectively with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, business stakeholders, external vendors, and implementation partners
- Implementation Coordination: Experience supporting testing cycles, UAT coordination, cutover readiness, implementation planning, and go-live activities
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Organization & Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and implementation workstreams simultaneously
- Problem Solving & Risk Management: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify implementation risks, troubleshoot issues, and support timely resolution
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing implementation activities, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder deliverables
- Work Style: Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with evolving priorities
- Canadian Payroll Knowledge: Experience supporting Canadian payroll operations and payroll-related implementation activities considered a strong asset
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 CAD, prorated to the duration of the contract
