We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support accurate and timely payroll processing. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who are organised, reliable, and interested in building experience within payroll and financial administration in a global setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing employee payroll on a scheduled basis

  • Maintain and update payroll records with accuracy

  • Review timesheets and ensure correct data entry

  • Support payroll-related calculations, including wages and deductions

  • Address basic payroll inquiries from employees

  • Help ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures

  • Perform general administrative support for the payroll team

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of payroll or accounting principles is an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and payroll systems

  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
