Work Location: Richmond, British Columbia, Canada Hours: 15 Line Of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay Details: $22.50 – $28.33 CAD Job Description Join TD Canada Trust as a Customer Experience Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and support the branch’s banking solutions. You will process transactions, understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and promote a positive experience—while contributing to a diverse and equitable work workplace. In This Role Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. Assess and identify customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions with discretion in confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities as necessary. Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and promptly. Engage personally with customers, advising them clearly on banking solutions and processes. Support a positive, diverse and equitable work workplace by promoting team effectiveness and participating in performance development. Assist the team by staying dedicated, respecting coworkers, and keeping everyone informed on routine activity status. Deliver quality customer experiences and identify opportunities for operational improvements that foster excellence. Job Requirements High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Solid administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for fast‑paced environments. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet. Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities. Effective verbal and written communication skills to connect calmly and courteously with diverse customers.
