Recycling Program Manager with Leadership Focus (Richmond)

Lead community-based recycling initiatives as a Program Manager for Recycling and Waste Recovery. Drive outreach, program effectiveness, and enhance participation in solid waste management. As a vital part of the leadership team, you will oversee customer service, administration, and community engagement for solid waste recycling programs. This role includes managing budgets, preparing tender documents, and evaluating existing programs for improvements. You will also directly manage a team and consultants, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and corporate sustainability goals.
