Job Title: Cafeteria Cook/Manager (High School) Location: Various Richmond High School Cafeterias Employment Type: Monday–Friday Schedule: 7:00AM – 2:00 PM | May-June/September to June (School Days Only) We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Cafeteria Cook/Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of one of our high school cafeterias located in Richmond. This is a school-year position running from September to June, with regular school hours (Monday to Friday, approx. 7AM – 2:00PM). You will be off during pro-d days, winter break, spring break, and summer vacation. This position starts as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily cafeteria operations ensuring timely, high-quality service - Prepare hot breakfast items, baked goods, and lunch entrées - Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations - Handle daily cash transactions, including reconciliation and bank deposits - Conduct weekly inventory checks and place orders as needed - Submit monthly inventory reports to Head Office Requirements: - Must be available all 5 weekdays (Mon–Fri) - Valid Food Safe Certificate - Work Permit (if applicable) - Transparent Criminal Record Check Job Type: Seasonal Contract length: 10 months Pay: $19.25-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 per week Benefits: - Discounted or free food - On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ogdz6
