Responsibilities - Prepare and cook smashed burgers, chicken sandwiches, wraps, and sides - Operate flat-top grill, fryer, and prep stations - Maintain food quality and presentation standards - Prepare sauces, toppings, and ingredients for daily service - Keep kitchen clean and organized throughout shifts - Follow food safety and sanitation procedures - Work efficiently during lunch, dinner, and late-night rushes - Assist with inventory and restocking Requirements - Previous line cook or fast-food kitchen experience preferred - Ability to work in a high-volume environment - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Reliable and punctual - Able to multitask and work under pressure - Food Safe certification is an asset - Weekend and evening availability preferre You enjoy working in a busy kitchen, take pride in food quality, move quickly during rushes, and work well with a team.
