We’re looking for a full-time jewellery consultant/office assistant who is outstanding with people, is a meticulous detail-keeper, and is excited to work in the jewellery industry. The right team member will be available to work 30 to 40 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday. You will be responsible for taking in jobs (measuring ring sizes, assessing jewellery for repair, etc.), taking payments, phone calls, opening and closing duties, and general cleaning. Having previous jewellery experience and/or other retail experience is beneficial. Office administration tasks will include invoicing and writing estimates in Quickbooks, as well as managing documents in Google Workspace. Good typing skills, clear and effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to write professional emails are required for this position. Starting wage: $18.25. Wage is negotiable based on experience. No phone calls or drop-ins, please. Applicants selected for interviews will be contacted via email.
