As a key part of the Real Property & Workplace Services team, this experienced role involves managing various mechanical equipment and systems. You will conduct regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. Collaboration and flexibility are essential for working alongside other trades and being on call occasionally.
