Speedy Concrete Ltd. located at 11615 Eburne Way, Richmond, BC V6V 2M1, Canada is seeking to hire 1 full‑time office administrator to join our team. The position is permanent and the qualified employee will be paid hourly at a rate of $37.50 for 40 hours per week. The candidate must have a secondary (high‑school graduation) certificate and be able to communicate in English. They should have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the administrative field to perform the work effectively and be willing to work mornings, day shifts, and overtime.Task Responsibilities
Implement, review, and evaluate new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency. Delegate tasks to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed while meeting deadlines. Carry out general administrative activities and coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking as well as maintenance and security services.Assist in preparing the operating budget, maintaining inventory, and controlling budgets and expenditures. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Perform data entry, oversee office administrative procedures, and resolve conflict situations when required.Personal Suitability
